The Role
- Leads Talent Management and Talent Development.
- Implements and delivers end-to-end solutions in Employee Development to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
- Implements and delivers Trainee and Mentoring Programs Development (among others) for the region.
- Supports program development related to improve the employee experience, specific soft skills, and competencies, balanced with Business specific needs and drivers.
- Leads the HIPO Development strategy.
- Leads specific global projects according to demand.
- Engages with third party providers to establish, develop, and review the suite of services for training, learning and development programs.
- Ensure and support the HR internal communications, internal events, and employee engagement.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Lead processes such as management of performance, succession planning, talent mapping, leadership programs and mentoring, inclusion and diversity programs, organizational climate studies, wellness, engagement, etc.
The Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist (3 years of experience) in engagement, culture, I&D, wellness programs, performance, training, onboarding, etc.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) will be a plus.
- English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
